The quiet surrounding is a good place to relax. The service at the bar / restaurant is very friendly & attentive. Drinks are even brought to the canvas chairs.
- Hotel room was booked with a balcony, but we did only get an appartment with balcony after the 3rd night (the suggested compensation of a bottle of wine was never given to us). - high prices for additional sport activities (e.g. 25€ per bike per day; 70€ for a quad) - difficulties to book sport activities (e.g. not possible for the same day, bikes not delivered on time) - no customer relationship managment during the check out (e.g. no "thank you for your stay" or maybe just a friendly smile)

The grounds are beautiful. The room needs updating, especially the bed. The bathroom can use a good cleaning. The restaurant was disappointing: food was over-cooked and way over priced. Since the staff speaks limited English, they couldn't get our order right. Suggestion: a resturant in nearby village

Very friendly staff and beautiful Hotel. The place is crowded with Dutch, German and French. However, the staff of the Hotel manage very well to maintain an authentic flair and speak to people in Italian unless they notice that the customers do not understand, then they would swop because all employees were fluent in other langugages E.G. English, French and German. We spoke to them in Italian and we were one of the few customers who bothered to do so. We had the feeling they appreciated our efforts very much and we were treated really like VIPs :) We also did the Quad tour and we loved it! The food is very good when you order a la carte, the buffet was not too impressive. There are many great restaurants around in the little villages. Our suggestion is to rather go and eat there than staying in the Hotel for dinner every evening. All over a great place which we will certainly return to.

The facilities were very inviting. Lots of green space, quiet and roomy accommodations, an excellent lounge area, wonderful service in the restaurant, and a very attractive and large swimming pool area. The breakfast buffet was generous and diverse, although it remained the same from day to day. And did I mention that the service was exceptional? And the lounge area, where you could sit by the fire when the temperatures dropped or by the pool on mild evenings?
The food in the restaurant is pricey. But then it is quite a drive to the nearest town with a restaurant. So this is not much of a complaint.

The location is countryside, adjacent to the restaurant which offered many choices of cheeses, meats pastry, eggs, Volterra, Siena, San Gimignano and Panzano in the Chianti region and a large beautiful. Val d'Elsa district is worth seeing. Its rooms are individual and amazingly comfortable with exceptionally comfortable beds. The price is just right - £ 52.

Beautiful resort with easy travel times to key places in Tuscany. Monteriggioni is lovely (5 min), Siena (20 min), San Gimignano (30 min). The pool, resort grounds and amenities were perfect to resolve our jet lag the first day and always appreciated when we returned from exploring.
Initially put in a smaller room than booked without a terrace/patio as described in the booking details on Booked.net. Resolved the next day, but not without some 'pushing' on our part. Otherwise a fabulous stay.

The beautiful room with terrace was a highlight, boasting a comfortable bed and a charming vintage aesthetic. Service was really good. Staff were friendly, offering excellent breakfast options including organic fruits. The hard mattress impacted sleep quality, and some areas in the hotel could use a facelift. Despite these minor issues, the dining experience was nice and five-star.

The peaceful garden was perfect for some sunbathing, and we loved the relaxing vibe by the outdoor pool. The only hiccup was that the Wi-Fi could be spotty at times, but we hardly noticed since we were too busy soaking in the ambiance 🌼

Beautiful grounds and picturesque views.
Our experience was disappointing due to significant misrepresentation of room conditions. We were promised a family-friendly 'Classic with terrace' room but received an unsuitable space facing a wall. There was a strong odor, likely from mold, which raised health concerns, and the noise from nearby staff areas made it difficult to relax.

The pool area was amazing, with plush loungers and a tranquil vibe. I loved the lush garden paths leading everywhere, and the tennis courts were a fun touch too. What really stood out was the really good food-every meal blew me away! Dinner under the stars was a highlight, especially that decadent dessert selection.
